FINANCIAL ADVISORY CENTRE, HARARE, ZIMBABWE

Our client acquired a disused primary school building in the Avenues district of Harare to relocate their financial advisory services offices from the city centre.  The building was in poor condition and required extensive structural repair, modification and internal remodelling to meet the client’s demanding requirements. The former internal play area was removed and a new water feature inserted into the verandaed and landscaped atrium with the a new bridge link over the reflection pool linking the public reception with the offices and meeting rooms.  

Our services included rezoning through obtaining Town Planning Special Consent Change of Use approval from the City of Harare; full architectural design, working drawings and schedules; co-ordination of structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services; co-ordination of the designed water feature construction, landscape design and site contract management.
