CHISIPITE MEDICAL CENTRE, HARARE, ZIMBABWE

Developed as a privately owned dental and medical centre, Chisipite Medical Centre was designed as a purpose built clinic with consulting and treatment rooms and medical staff rooms clustered around an internal water feature courtyard.  

Our services included rezoning through obtaining Town Planning Special Consent approval from the City of Harare; full architectural design, working drawings and schedules; co-ordination of structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services; co-ordination of the landscape design and site contract management.
