Newlands Clinic was initially established to cater for 1 600 adult patients affected by the AIDS / HIV pandemic in Harare. Operations have expanded to include paediatric and dental units, and through the support of the Bernhart Matter Foundation and other legacy donations operations have extended to include a nurse orientated training centre and woman’s centre focusing not just on HIV treatment for but also on the training of health care workers and resarch. Today some 6 500 destitute registered patients are the beneficiaries of the Clinics programmes.

Our commission included obtaining Town Planning Special Consent approval; full architectural design, working drawings and schedules; co-ordination of structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services; co-ordination of the landscape design and site contract management.
