The building design responds to passive solar control with the cellular office and classroom spaces clustered around a double volume atrium providing ventilation. Vertical circulation by staircase and ramp provides disability access to layered decks.

Construction will commence in January 2023 following a close design relationship with the client body involving development of the accommodation brief requirements and through co-ordination of civils, structural and electrical engineering services.
